By the end of the course students will know:
How to make appropriate use of the key terms referring to spatial cognition
The main models and research paradigms for acquiring, forming, maintaining and retrieving spatial information
By the end of the course students will have acquired the following target skills:
Competences in the use of the main research methods, paradigms, stimuli for studying spatial information processing, the formation and retrieval of spatial representations
Critical thinking and problem-solving on spatial issues and spatial cognition models.
At the end of the course the students will know:
The main theories and perspectives on personality and the models for studying individual differences
The appropriate terminology on personality and individual differences
At the end of the course the students will be able to:
Identify and discuss the personality profiles and differences between different profiles
Think critically about questions and topics of personality and individual differences
Apply their knowledge of classic theories to current research questions on personality and individual differences
By the end of the course students will know:
Some of the main authors and their publications, and current theoretical approaches in the field of perception, memory, mental images and thinking;
Some of the main classic experiments: historical setting, methods and, in some cases, associations with present-day experiments
By the end of the course students will be able to:
Understand and critically analyze an original publication
Discuss a classic topic
Apply their knowledge to identify materials and methods of classic research in present-day settings
